What’s Manuel doing with a giant blue rubber band on the dance floor?

Teaching hip motion.

Sometimes the fastest way to improve your dancing isn’t learning a new step. It’s learning how your body is supposed to move. A few minutes with Manuel, Nicole, and a resistance band created instant feedback, helping Nicole feel the movement instead of just hearing an explanation.

The result?

Better hip action. Better body movement. Better dancing.

Last week, the dance floor was packed.

One of the biggest Salsa classes we’ve ever had at Fred Astaire Lambertville brought together beginners, experienced dancers, and plenty of people who simply decided to try something new.

Last night’s Salsa class looked exactly how learning should feel.

Big smiles. New steps. Lots of laughter. And that moment when something that felt impossible 10 minutes ago suddenly starts to click.

Every class is filled with people at different stages of their dance journey, all encouraging each other, learning together, and having a great time along the way.
