I swore as a coach I would stick to coaching and business to not risk getting hurt but still Somehow ended up sparring today 😂 it was fun but won’t happen everyday. It was a good time though and been a while 💪 FAT2FIT BOXING 💥🥊 my boy Tommy put in work today man. Sparring me at 218lbs and another one of my fighters at 270lbs! Dude a dog and got heart for real. 🐶 🔥
