We would like to take a moment to wish a very Happy Birthday to our Unicorn Coach, our Ops Manager, and most importantly our friend, Adam Puleo.

For those who know Adam know what a phenomenal trainer, friend, coach, father, husband, and man he is. We are thankful for his calmness, his hard work, his dedication, and character!

We are beyond lucky to have this dude on our team and as part of our family! Seriously, Adam thank you for being you! Wishing you the most amazing day and year ever!

🏆Athlete of the Month: Lauren Baker🏆

Lauren is a full-time teacher and new mom.
She joined forge shortly after having her daughter and has had great success with weight loss and creating a healthy balanced lifestyle.

Since October when Lauren joined Forge she has lost 46 #’s. She is healthy, strong, and is a great example for her baby girl.
•
This new mama is a great example and role model for not only her family, but all new mamas!
•
Lauren makes zero excuses. She is dedicated, determined, disciplined and we love seeing that smile on a daily basis!

🏆Athlete of the Month: Kim Tiberio 🏆

Kim has been with us since 2016. She is that one who silently takes on every workout with heart, drive, discipline, and you never hear a complaint come out of her mouth. She is kind, caring, supportive, and continues to make us extremely proud.
•
When Kim joined in 2016 she started with one of our early challenges and from day 1 she gave nothing shy of 100% effort. Never making excuses and 4 years later continues to work just as hard as she did day 1.
•
We are so proud of this working mama who wakes up at least 3x a week for the 5am class. Has 2 beautiful children. She is an amazing wife. And she works full time as a teacher. No excuses here...only focus, dedication, and true amazingness!
