🚨🪤Ever wonder where our name comes from? 👀

A “speed trap” isn’t just a 👮cop with a radar gun — it’s a real racing term. Every track has one official point, usually the fastest stretch of the longest straight, where radar clocks each car’s true top speed. No corners, no braking — just raw power and aero efficiency on display.

At Monza — the “Temple of Speed” — that point sits at the end of the main straight, right before the brakes go on for Turn 1.

Modern F1 cars hit 347+ km/h (216 mph) right there.

That’s literally where we got our name.

Road America — 4.048 miles, 14 turns, carved into the Wisconsin countryside since 1955. Fourteen corners, elevation changes, and one of the longest straights in American racing. They call it America’s National Park of Speed for a reason.
