Hey,

It is with a heavy heart that we announce that IRC 2021 has been cancelled for this year. Though we had all safety measures in place to conduct a safe camp; the delta variant has scared people to the point where the low numbers make the camp this summer not feasible.

We are crushed by this. We held out all hope to the last possible moment.

For those of you that mailed a check, your check has been destroyed.

For those that handed me cash, when I see you next (Sea people), you'll get the money back.

For those that paid via paypal, I'm working with paypal to find a way to refund the card if not we'll mail you a check.

I’m PROUD to announce that IRC 2021 is happening this summer! We digested all of the latest CDC guidance and fell we can conduct a meaningful camp while following the latest safety procedures!

With a VERY heavy heart, we have to announce that this year’s track camp is CANCELLED.

We held out hope for as late as we could.

To our seniors heading into their final year; we know how important camp was for you and our hearts are with you guys and girls.

Stay safe, get training and we wish everyone all of the best next year.

Hey IRC Family:

Just checking in. Just spoke to our friends at Camp Westmont. So far they are open and have us confirmed for this summer.

We’ll monitor all COVID- related health data and safety guidelines. We have a bunch of contingency plans that we’re working on as well including using both sides of the camp.

At this time, CAMP WILL GO ON

I just wanted to let you know that our prayers are with the IRC family as our area battles the coronavirus. Please also keep the doctors and healthcare professionals that are in the front lines - the TRUE heroes.

We feel especially sorry for the seniors that may have run in their final races of their career as outdoor season is in severe jeopardy.

Rest assured, IRC 2020 WILL take place this summer. We have been tracking the latest models from the CDC and July and certainly August looks much more optimistic.

How confident are we?

Today, we ordered and left non-refundable deposits for the buses that will take our athletes to camp.

We’ll all need this week of training and FUN TOGETHER. Maybe more than ever before.
