6 weeks postpartum isn’t your green light to jump back into your old routine and it’s not supposed to be.
Being “cleared to exercise” is really the starting line for rehab and recovery. This phase is about rebuilding from the inside out so you can *eventually* return to the activities you love, stronger and more supported.
Phase 1 is all about reconnecting with your body:
✔️ Rebuilding the mind and muscle connection
✔️ Coordinating breath, core, and pelvic floor
✔️ Practicing intentional, mindful movement that supports everyday life
This foundation matters because it’s what everything else is built on.
