Gladiators Travel Baseball The Lakewood Gladiators is a competitive baseball program located in Lakewood, NY. There are teams for levels 8U through 15U.

The program places high value on player and team development, good sportsmanship, and a deep respect for the game of baseball.

Woohoo, baby! Let the games begin! ⚾️

Four of our guys are playing in the 13U Babe Ruth World Series this week. Their first game is tonight at 7PM at Russell Diethrick Park. We’re so proud of them and can’t wait to see where baseball leads them all!

Let’s hear it for Brayden Beckstrom, Jonah Johnson, Noah Lindell, and AJ Stewart! 🤩

These boys have played together for years, and no matter where they go, we’re always on their team! We’re proud to have played a part in their stories and are delighted to have them represent local baseball on this big stage!

After a 2-0 record and securing the #1 seed in the Kinzua Sluggers Summer Slam Tournament this weekend…Mother Nature washed out Day 2 today, ending the 10U 2026 Season.

On the field, the Gladiators were undefeated in Premier Baseball Travel League play; competed in 5 tournaments; and finished with an overall record of 13 wins, 8 losses (5 by 1 run), and 2 ties.

Off the field, the 10U squad traveled to Pittsburgh to see the Phillies-Pirates MLB game; took in a Jamestown Tarp Skunks game; and honored their parents with gifts on Mother’s and Father’s Days.

The growth and development of these young players would not have been possible without the support of the team sponsors and team families! Many thanks to those who helped make this season so successful and memorable!

Let’s hear it for our 13U team! Our boys racked up a massive 28 total hits across two action-packed games.

💥 Game 1: Gladiators 20, North Buffalo Blaze Yellow 5

The bats were red-hot as the Gladiators exploded for 20 runs on 13 hits to secure a dominant victory at Shoshone Park!

💪Offensive Highlights: AJ S. led the charge, going 3-for-5 with a massive 3-RBI triple in the third inning. Noah L. also drove in 3 runs, including an early triple. Garrett D., Jonah J., and Keegan W. all turned in multi-hit performances, while the team showed great discipline to draw 7 walks and steal 7 bases (led by Reed F. and Jonah J. with multiple bags each).

⚾️On the Mound: Keegan W. earned the win, locking things down by surrendering just 1 hit and striking out 3 over two innings. Mason W., Reed F., and Noah L. all pitched in relief to close out the dominant team win.

⚡️Game 2: Gladiators 12, Grand Island Vikings 12

In an absolute battle at Bedell Rd, the Gladiators showed incredible grit, fighting all the way back in the top of the 7th inning to secure a dramatic 12-12 tie against a tough Vikings squad.

💪Offensive Highlights: Austin B. was unstoppable at the plate, going 4-for-5 with 3 RBIs! Matching his production, Noah L. also drove in 3 runs. The team combined for a staggering 15 hits, with Jack C., Reed F., AJ S., and Jonah J. all racking up multi-hit games. Garrett D. and Jonah J. kept the pressure on the basepaths with multiple stolen bases each.

💙❤️⚾️Team Effort: Jonah J. got the start on the bump, and the entire defense stepped up when it mattered most, including turning a crucial double play to keep the game within reach before the 7th-inning rally.🙌

Fantastic effort by all the boys this weekend!
