These two lovely ladies have been regulars of my monthly Embodiment Class at Rishi’s pretty much since the beginning! Today, one of their cherished friends who usually comes with, was busy with a family reunion. So at the end of our life changing experience, we made a little video for her 🥹 so grateful to be building a community of love, joy, and connection. A reflection on today event coming in a few hours cause WOW✨
