Heats of 4 will run every 6 minutes. Expect a challenging but super fun 30 minute workout! 👏

Heat’s assigned as we go! Plan to arrive at 8:15am and check the whiteboard to see when it’s your turn.

300 Classes for Matt‼️🔥

Matt is a hardworking dad and a super fun guy to have in class. If you’ve ever worked out alongside Matt, you know you’re in for a good push.

Matt makes it in when he can and always shows up ready to work. It’s been so amazing to watch his progress in the studio and see his family grow outside of the studio simultaneously. A true staple of the community and a perfect example of the kind of work ethic we’re all about!

💙 THANK YOU COACH ELLA! 💙

It’s never easy saying goodbye to one of our own, but we’re so excited for everything ahead for Coach Ella! 🥹

Ella has been such a special part of our team and one of our cardio queens 👑. She’s not only been an awesome coach, but an even better teammate. Anyone who’s had the chance to work alongside her knows there’s never a dull moment. She’s funny, kind, encouraging, and always brings a great energy to the room.

Now she’s stepping into a new chapter. Taking on more responsibility in her full-time career and planning a wedding after recently getting engaged! 💍🎉

While we’ll definitely miss having her on the coaching floor, we’re incredibly proud of her and can’t wait to watch everything she accomplishes next.

Go crush this next chapter, Coach! 👏

She’s a staple of our 5:30pm crew, although you can occasionally catch her sneaking into a Friday noon session too. Since upgrading to unlimited, she’s been absolutely crushing it and making every class count!

Laura is fun, kind, works incredibly hard, and is always a great person to have in the room. And we’ve got another reason to celebrate her lately she’s recently married! 💍❤️

We’re so happy for you, Laura, and so happy you’re such a big part of our community. Congratulations on 100 classes! Here’s to many more! 💙

Maria recently joined us full-time alongside her fiancé, Erik, and the two of them have been on a roll ever since. These days, you can usually find them bright and early in the 6:15am, and they’re always ready for a good strength day! 💪

Maria is incredibly kind, works hard, and has been making some awesome progress since joining. As a teacher, she knows the value of showing up, putting in the work, and continuing to learn and we’ve loved watching that translate into her training.

We’re so happy to have Maria with us more and to see her become such a great part of the community. 💙

This is what our members train for:

F45 Green Mountain member, Gavin Attwood Gavin Attwood recently climbed Kilimanjaro (19.340ft) in Tanzania accompanied by his son ben_attwood Clubhouse Skin.

Gavin has summitted Kilimanjaro over 10 times, but it was his first with Ben. Gavin is climbing Mt Rainier (14,410ft) later this month and Aconcagua (22,838ft) in Argentina in January next year. These mountains are all training for Gavin’s trip to attempt Mt Everest (29,030ft) in May 2027!!!

We’re honored to share this awesome story and excited to see him take on Everest next year! 🔥👏

💪 MICHELLE — 300 CLASSES! 💪

Michelle has become a strength day staple in our community. She moves some serious weight and has made some incredible progress lately!

A regular in our morning classes throughout the week. She’s already completed two Lift Club cohorts and is getting ready to take on her third with our upcoming Deadlift cohort!

It’s been so much fun watching Michelle’s strength, confidence, and overall form continue to grow. We know there’s plenty more ahead, and we’re excited to be along for the ride.

💪 GIANNA — 300 CLASSES! 💪

It feels like just yesterday GiAnna joined us, and since last July she’s absolutely flown to this incredible milestone. Whether she’s in her usual evening class or making the occasional 5:15am appearance, she shows up ready to work.

She won our last F45 Challenge!! GiAnna has seen some amazing progress through her consistency and commitment. She’s become stronger, more confident, and continues to push herself every time she walks through our doors.

Beyond the workouts, GiAnna is simply a joy to have around. She’s fun, brings great energy to every class, and has become such an important part of what makes our community special.

💙 BRANDI — 500 CLASSES! 💙

Brandi has always been one of the kindest, most familiar members of our community. She’s usually surrounded by friends, always bringing a smile and making the studio a better place just by being here.

In true Brandi fashion, this milestone didn’t come without a little adversity. Just one class shy of 500, she suffered a torn Achilles. After months of recovery, she’s finally back to celebrate this huge accomplishment with the community that’s been cheering her on every step of the way.

Brandi, your positivity and resilience have been inspiring to watch. We’re so happy to have you back where you belong and can’t wait to see you continue crushing it through your recovery.

🌟 HEATHER — 500 CLASSES! 🌟

Since joining us in May 2024, Heather has been absolutely unstoppable as one of our dedicated 6:15am regulars!

In such little time, she’s won an F45 Challenge, completed Lift Club, is gearing up for HYROX, and transformed herself through hard work and commitment. The progress she’s made has been incredible to witness.

Heather has an amazing story that inspires everyone around her. Her dedication, resilience, and willingness to show up almost every single day embody everything our community is about.

It’s hard to believe Sara only joined us in November 2024 because she’s absolutely flown to this milestone. Her consistency has been nothing short of incredible.

Whether it’s an early morning, lunchtime, or evening class, Sara always finds a way to make training fit her schedule. That dedication has paid off in a big way. She works hard, lifts heavy, and the progress she’s made speaks for it
