Without the Roadless Rule, this trip would not happen. I have had the privilege to work with Scouts BSA Troop 171 - Boulder, CO taking youth into the Mountains of Colorado. If this rule is undone, these experiences may not be there for future kids to explore, learn, challenge themselves and appreciate wilderness. Please contact your representatives and ask them to keep the Roadless Rule!

Watch this video from Caroline Gleich about the President's actions dramatically reducing Bears Ears and Grand Staircase National Monuments. No public comment, no consultation with tribes, no economic studies or environmental impact studies as had been done for over 10 years prior to their creation. Simply ripped up by a single person while the entire UT delegation listened to lies being told about what the Monuments had done. Please contact you representatives to try and save these national treasurers before they are sold to the extraction industry and lost forever.

Our national parks are in trouble, big trouble. Under funded, under staffed and badly in need of maintenance deferred for years. This article sums up the contrast - billions for monuments to Trump, and cuts and neglect for our Nations Treasures - National Parks. Sad.

Yes - Congress is actively planning to sell 100,000 acres of our Public Lands. Read Wes Siler’s article on how the GOP altered the budget rules to not include lost revenue that the lands generate, in their calculation for the sale. So it only looks like a pile of money, but that doesn’t include the millions of dollars lost in revenue generated by those lands for local communities, the state and federal government - which is all of us.

Then watch the YOUTube clip of CO Rep Joe Neguse trying to get the GOP members of the committee to debate the pros and cons of the resolution. Not a person would speak. Not even Rep Jim Jordan of Ohio.

Our lands being sold without debate, in the middle of the night, no one willing to talk about it or take credit for doing it all so the American people don’t notice.

Spent a few days helping representatives Angie Craig MN, Jeff Crank CO-5, Senator John Barasso R-WY, Seanator John Hickenlooper D-CO better understand that Lands in Public Hands and to never sell off our cherished lands. And the truly terrible impacts of tariffs on our products. Outdoor Industry Association
