Congrats to our graduating seniors! They each brought grit, spark and maturity to our team and we will miss them. Undoubtedly they will work hard in university and do great things for our world in the future.

Bastien: Our Belgian exchange student will be taking Univ entrance exams and attending a hometown university to study civil engineering
Claire: Attending CO State Mesa Univ on scholarship for road bike team
Christian: Attending Red Rocks CC & School of Mines for mechanical engineering
Everett: Attending School of Mines to study design engineering
Huck: Attending Univ. of Utah to study mechanical engineering
Kaiya: Attending Univ. of Utah
Lucy: Attending CSU to study criminology
Marlo: Attending Rhodes college to study biochemistry- on pre-med track
Nora: Attending Univ. of Puget Sound

Best of luck to all of them. We will be cheering them on!

Congrats to two of our teammates who raced the Gunnison Growler this past weekend. Sophomore Cassidy won first place (overall women) in the 20 miler and junior Connor placed 4th in his age group and 43/212 in overall male category in the 32 miler. Congrats to both of these speedy kids!

Congrats to our 17 teammates (half of our team) that earned an athletic letter this season. There are several criteria that need to be met, in addition to race participation.

Our season ended with a bang at the State Championship races. With a disco themed race weekend, all of our racers were sparkling! We had 17 riders qualify, our most ever with 7 of our seniors racing their last HS race. Varsity girl Claire came in 5th of out 70 racers, while Sophomore Clarissa came in 2nd out of 71 racers and Sophomore Cassidy came in 8th. Our team placed 6th out of 26 Division 2 teams. Our Coach Kevin placed 8th in the Coaches race!
