I’ve spent the last five years celebrating Ryno Neal🦏 performance on the field of play. After his retirement, I was blessed to have him join our team and help prepare our athletes for the physical, mental, and spiritual battles they face… both on and off the field.

Now, I’m grateful to celebrate another incredible life milestone alongside him. I’m excited for what’s ahead and thankful that we get to continue doing life together!

Fatherhood is one of the greatest blessings God has ever entrusted to me.

There are many things in this world that can capture our attention, our time, and our energy, but few carry the eternal significance of raising a child. Watching my son grow, not just physically, but in character, faith, and wisdom has been one of the greatest joys of my life.

My prayer has never been that he would be successful, but that he would become a God-fearing, loving, kind, humble, and courageous young man who seeks to honor Christ in all he does.

Being a father has taught me more about God’s love, patience, grace, and responsibility than almost anything else. It is a calling and a privilege that should never be taken lightly.

To all the dads and future dads out there: our children are watching. They learn more from our example than our words.

Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers, grandfathers, mentors, and future fathers. May we raise the next generation with conviction, wisdom, love, and unwavering biblical truth!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms.

The ones who wake up early, stay up late, carry burdens no one sees, and continue to pour into everyone around them!

So much of what mothers do goes unnoticed and uncelebrated: The sacrifices. The prayers. The worry. The encouragement. The constant showing up when no one else sees the effort behind the scenes.

You are the steady foundation behind the growth, confidence, and success of your children and families.

Today we honor not just what you do, but who you are. From all of us at Positive Sports Lab… thank you for leading, serving, sacrificing, and loving so well.

Yesterday, we had to say goodbye to our little girl, Princess Kloee Bear.

For 12 years she filled our lives with her presence, her personality, and her quiet loyalty. For over a decade she was a regular at the gym, greeting some with curiosity, barking at others with conviction, and always making you earn her love and respect. Once you earned it, you had it forever.

She wasn’t just our dog. She was part of the rhythm of our days, part of the culture here, part of our family. Her paws walked these floors, her eyes watched over us, and her spirit somehow made everything feel more grounded and safe.

Losing her so suddenly has left a space that feels impossible to fill. Our hearts are heavy, broken, and aching in ways words can’t fully explain. We’re struggling with having to let her go, but we are forever grateful for every year, every moment, every memory she gave us.

Run free, sweet girl.
You were deeply loved.
You will be missed. 🐾💔

When our own ability to push forward runs out; emotionally, physically, or spiritually, hope does not disappear with it.

In Scripture, hope is not rooted in how strong we feel, but in who God is. “Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength” (Isaiah 40:31). Strength can waver, energy can drain, and faith can feel thin, but hope remains because it is held by God, not generated by us.

Even when we feel weak, God continues His work, sustaining us through grace rather than effort (2 Corinthians 12:9). Hope stays because God stays.

Jesus was born into a broken world to restore what sin had fractured. Through His birth, God stepped into humanity, making a way for true peace—not just the absence of conflict, but peace with God. The angels proclaimed “good news of great joy” because this child would bring forgiveness, reconciliation, and hope to all who believe.

In Christ, peace is no longer something we chase, and joy is no longer dependent on circumstances. Both are found in the One who came near, so that humanity could be made right with God again.
