🎓 **College Ready Tip #3: Time Blocking vs. To-Do Lists**
Does your college student make a to-do list... but still struggle to actually get things done?
A to-do list tells them **what** needs to get done.
Time blocking helps them figure out **when** they're going to do it.
For students who procrastinate, underestimate how long assignments will take, or feel overwhelmed by a long list, this small change can make a big difference.
This is the kind of practical system I work on with my college students each week. We look at upcoming assignments, tests, and responsibilities and create a realistic plan for the week, with accountability to follow through.
Parents receive weekly updates too, so they can stay informed without having to be the one constantly reminding their student.
If your college student is struggling to manage everything on their own this semester, feel free to message me. I'd be happy to chat about how executive function coaching can help.
