The Acronym R.E.D. S.E.A.L. Stands for Redesigned, Educational, Development of, Systems, Eclectic martial arts, Amok teaching method, and Lineage.

Using Red Seal as an umbrella to signify Eclectic Karate (stand up) and PCS-5's (ground fighting) coming together under one roof. The 2 systems will be taught at East Coast Fitness in Lakeville, MA. Some friendships go way back—Kev Hahl and I shared a kindergarten classroom, and now he’s holding a signed copy of Fighting Fear 33 years later.

It’s crazy how life comes full circle.

Reuniting with family I’ve never met—breaking the cycle and building new connections after publishing my book.
