Glenn and his family were out for their annual fishing trip with Legends Outdoors. This time they visited the beautiful state of New York for their two days out on two different bodies of water. The first day was very warm, sunny, and windy with water temperatures nudging up to near 80°. The group of Anglers persevered and caught quite a variety of fish, including smallmouth, bass, largemouth bass, crappie, pickerel, and other panfish. Panfish. They used a combination of Keitech Baits and some hard baits to pursue their quarry. It was a good successful day of numbers in decent size for the Anglers. Day number two was much calmer with a little cooler, water temperatures and a little more clouds. Keitech Baits were the key players again on this day as the group caught quite a few fish including many largemouths, several pickerel, a bunch of panfish, and a couple smallmouth bass for good measure. One of the largemouth bass on this day measured 20 in and was a good battle before being released back into the water. A great time was had by all and this group of New York Knicks fans was thrilled as their team had just won the championship and the spirits were high during the outing. Thank you to Glenn for organizing the trip and to his entire family for joining us again for their annual adventure. We look forward to seeing them again next year.

Dennis and Jack were out on a beautiful June day on scenic Lake Wallenpaupack. Their day was going to consist of going for perch and mix it up for a variety of other fish. The plan worked out wonderfully as it was an A+ day. The perch bites kept coming as the pair hauled in big perch after big perch! Jack hooked into a nice striped bass and had it on for a good time before it came off resulting in fishing heartbreak. In the mix they also caught some smallmouth bass and rock bass during the day. As usual, Dennis brought along some tasty sandwiches and snacks for the entire boat which is deeply appreciated. This hot day will rank up in one of the all-time days for perch in many years for sure!

Jay and his family were out for their 14th annual trip on Lake Wallenpaupack. They had an unseasonably frigid and cold day with 20 plus mile an hour winds for their adventure. They braved the elements and used the combination of live bait and Keitech Baits. They brought along some turkey sandwiches that all enjoyed. They also seen a multitude of wildlife including minks, fawns and bald eagles. The group had some quality action including a battle with a huge brown trout that broke water several times before being landed. It posed for a photo and was released in great health. They also caught perch, pickerel and smallmouth bass on the day. We thank Jay and his family for coming out again with us and look forward to seeing them again for their 15th annual trip next year.

Tank and his friend Pat had a beautiful day to fish on Lake, Wallenpaupack. The hazy and comfortable day was a perfect setting for this pair of friends to fish Keitech Baits and some live bait. They would catch numerous fish, including some big crappie, pickerel, some smallmouth bass, rock, bass, and even a pair of rainbow trout thrown in the mix for good measure. Plenty of great conversations had and laughs during this day and just an all-around good time for good friends.

Matt and his father Carl were on their annual fishing trip to the Poconos in May. They fished two lakes in their 5 days of fishing and caught a massive variety of fish. They used artificial baits, mostly Keitech and some live bait. They had clouds, wind, wind, heat, cool temperatures, rain, etc. During these 5 days. One of the days they had a short lunch consisting of fresh perch fillets, macaroni salad, and a tasty dessert on one of the islands and another day they enjoyed a pot of stew on the pontoon boat as shown in the photo. They caught caught largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, perch, bluegills, sunfish, rock bass, pickerel, a rainbow trout, a striped bass and even a bullhead joined the party. They had a great time during their five days of fishing and were joined by several members of the Legends Outdoor staff. We look forward to seeing Matt and Carl back again next year for their annual trip.

Returning clients Chris, along with his niece and her friend were out for a spring trip on beautiful Lake Wallenpaupack. His niece's friend was her first time out on the lake fishing and she had a great time and did very well. They used mostly Keitech Baits and a little bit of live bait on this sunny and pristine day. They caught many smallmouth bass, some chain pickerel and rock bass during the trip. Chris brought along some hoagies for the boat which was deeply appreciated as a fun time was had by all on this outing. We look forward to seeing them back again for another outdoor adventure.

Glenn and Mark invited Legends Outdoors to accompany them on their home waters to help them get a better "feel" for the lake and do some recon. The chilly, but sunny spring day held plenty of action for the pair as they cast about Keitech Baits in this pristine waterway. Their ideal day for fishing seen them catch largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, rock bass, and other panfish. Mark treated the boat to some hoagies from a local deli which were very delicious and well appreciated. A fun time was had by all on this successful mission.

Smoothie was with Legends Outdoors on their New York tour. His single day out was one he will always remember. He had an absolute outstanding day using Keitech Baits. It was one bass after another on this day with almost all of them being smallmouth bass and a few largemouth bass mixed in. He caught his personal best small mouth just under 6 lb and several others over 5 lb. He caught double digits in this weight class range and numerous others. The day had a massive storm roll in chasing him from the waterway but not before a legendary day was made by Smoothie.

Legends Outdoors regulars of Jerry, Pat and Dan were out for a 2-day affair in New York recently. The three men had two wildly successful days fishing kitec baits and other plastics in route to some really big smallmouth bass including many in the 4 lb plus range, large mouth bass, chain pickerel, and a spattering of other fish. They braved winds and chilly morning temperatures as they fished about the lake. Plenty of great conversations, food, and a lot of laughs during the adventure. We look forward to seeing this trio back again in the near future for another outing.

Doug's Birthday bash on Lake Wallenpaupack once again took place in 2026. The group of friends went aboard the Legends Outdoors pontoon boat for a day of fishing and fun. They were confronted with a cold, front wind and chilly temperatures. They listen to a lot of music. Had a lot of great conversations about ameriad of topics including rock and roll and also had a great shore lunch consisting of homemade macaroni salad and special venison burgers. The Moosic boys caught double digits of fish including bass, pickerel and panfish. All on Keitech Baits. Just another typical Birthday bash organized by Sid for Doug and fun was had by all!
