Shire Woods LLC Hello from the caretakers of a forested 18-acre farmette in Lakeville, Ohio! What began as a family camp has become Shire Woods LLC.

Opening in June, we offer rustic meeting spaces, workshops, and affordable, accessible venue options for up to 50 people.

The upside to this super-cold winter is the amazingly sweet (and plentiful) sap our silver maples are giving us. We have collected close to 130 gallons in 8 days! Thank you to Mike Holda and Drew Ross for helping with last week's collection, and being part of our RO (reverse osmosis) + pre-boil team!
