At South Metro Dance Arts Center, our recreational program is the heart of what we do. It’s all about giving dancers a place to learn, grow, build confidence, and most importantly, have FUN!

Whether it’s their very first dance class or they’re ready to explore something new, we welcome dancers of all ages and skill levels. From ballet, tap, and creative movement for our youngest dancers to jazz, lyrical, musical theater, hip-hop, and more as they grow, there’s something for everyone. 🩰💃

We can’t believe summer is coming to an end in just a couple of weeks! We’ve been having so much fun in our summer classes and can’t wait to start the 2026-2027 season!

INnovate gives young dancers an entire day to learn, perform, explore, connect, and grow alongside dancers from other studios. 💛

Hear feedback directly from professional adjudicators.

And maybe even discover something new about themselves along the way.

All without scores, rankings, or the pressure to win.

For our younger dancers especially, experiences like this can be BIG. It’s a chance to build independence, confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning, while doing something they already love. 💃
