The new schedule is up! Make sure you sign up as early as you can. There's a large crowd that's been waiting for classes later in the evening.

It looks like I had direct contact with someone who tested positive for COVID. I'm holding off classes till next Tuesday just to be safe. Sorry everyone.

I'm changing the schedule for Boxing Conditioning for the summer, just to ensure I can be there 100% of the time. While it is not loaded in the app this very second, it will be shortly. Here is the new schedule:

Monday: 9:15am
Monday: 6:00pm
Tuesday: 6:00pm
Tuesday: 7:00pm (advanced grappling)

Saturday classes will be on hold till August.
