Monday night Zumba® at Crunch - Brook Road is moving to 6:30p.
The next session for Aqua Zumba® at the Weinstein JCC will start on Tuesday, 1/31/23~ but registration is open NOW!

My annual "Staycation" is upon us, and my last class for 2021 will be with my AMAZING Goldies today at 11 AM! 💛
