ATTENTION: Students are permitted to wear a LCMA T-shirt instead of the traditional dobok top starting MAY 13th until further notice.

If you do not have a LCMA T-shirt your traditional dobok top will be required to participate in class.
LCMA T-shirts are available at the studio for $20

530 to 700. Sparing gear required, groin protection, hand and feet gear, mouth guard optional, head gear optional. Full uniform not required. Feel free to wear something comfortable.

ATTENTION!

LCMA will be taking sign-ups for first aid and CPR certification.
The proctor will be asking for a minimum of 4 participants but I think we can do much better than that.
Price will be $100 for each participant and you will have certification after you complete the course.
This course will be open to students, teachers, family and friends.
