Meet Head Coach: Bryan Fauver

Bryan Fauver is the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at D1 Training South Lakeland with more than 10 years of performance training experience. A Nebraska native, Bryan holds a degree in Exercise Science from Maryville University and has worked with elite athletes through the University of Nebraska Husker Power program and the U.S. Army Reserve Medical Command. Now living in Lakeland with his wife and three kids, Bryan is passionate about helping athletes reach their full potential — and remains a proud Nebraska Cornhuskers fan.💪💪💪

Katie Germain is a strength and performance coach with over 10 years of experience helping athletes and individuals build strength, confidence, and lasting results. With a background in collegiate wrestling, where she competed nationally and internationally, Katie brings grit, discipline, and energy to every session. She combines her experience in performance coaching and strength training to create an environment that challenges, empowers, and pushes people to become stronger inside and outside the gym. Katie also deeply values mental and emotional health, believing that true strength extends beyond physical performance and that building confidence, resilience, and overall well-being are just as important as building muscle. In addition to being a coach at D1, she is one of the girls wrestling coaches at George Jenkins High School.

There’s something meaningful about the very first workout in a new facility.

This Memorial Day at 8:00 AM, the first official workout ever held inside D1 Training South Lakeland will be the “Farmer” Memorial Workout, held in honor of CW2 Jon Farmer — and in remembrance of all the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Before the music, before the packed classes, before the day-to-day grind begins, we’ll start by remembering the sacrifice that makes all of this possible.

We can’t think of a better way to open our doors.

Memorial Day is more than a holiday. It’s a chance to pause, reflect, and honor those who never made it home. Workouts like this bring people together through challenge, effort, and shared purpose — and remind us that freedom has a cost.

Chris brings nearly a decade of experience in the fitness industry and a true passion for helping athletes and adults become stronger, healthier, and more confident. With a background in collegiate basketball and years of coaching experience through Equinox, F45, and Just Move, Chris understands what it takes to push limits and help people reach their goals.

Meet Gabe Powers 💪🔥

We’re excited to introduce Gabe as our Recruiter here at D1 Training!

Gabe is currently a junior at Florida State University and has had a passion for fitness from a young age through sports and competition. He wrestled throughout middle school and high school and continues to train at an MMA gym, carrying that same discipline and competitive mindset into everything he does.

Gabe believes D1 is the type of training environment he wishes he had growing up, and he’s excited to help bring this incredible opportunity and resource to athletes and families throughout the Lakeland community.

Welcome to the team, Bryce Bitting! 💪🔥

We’re excited to officially introduce Bryce as part of our coaching staff at D1 Training!

Bryce brings a strong background in strength & conditioning, working with collegiate athletes across football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, and soccer. His expertise includes strength development, speed & agility, injury prevention, and return-to-play programming.

Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Strength & Conditioning at Southeastern University, Bryce oversees athlete performance programs and daily facility operations while continuing to help athletes maximize their potential both on and off the field.

Bryce holds a degree in Exercise & Sports Science, is pursuing his Master’s in Kinesiology, and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

We’re pumped to have Bryce joining the family and can’t wait for our athletes to experience his energy, knowledge, and passion for performance training. Help us give him a warm welcome! 🔥🏆

Hey D1 family! My name is Tamia and I’m excited to be part of the team here at D1 Training. You’ll usually see me working the front desk, talking with members, and helping create a welcoming and encouraging environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

l’ve grown to really enjoy fitness and being around positive, motivated people. Outside of the gym, l enjoy reading, building legos, Bible study, and content creation.

🚨 MEET YOUR GENERAL MANAGER 🚨

What’s up everyone! My name is Allen , and I’m proud to officially introduce myself as the General Manager of D1 Training South Lakeland! 💪🔥

Fitness and athletics have been a huge part of my life for years. I played football all four years in high school and have spent the last 10+ years leading and managing fitness facilities, including brands like LA Fitness and Crunch Fitness. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to help people of all ages build confidence, improve performance, and become the best version of themselves.

Most importantly, I’m a proud dad to my 5-year-old son, Kayden ❤️ Being a father is one of my biggest motivations and a huge reason why creating a positive environment for kids, athletes, and families means so much to me.

My passion has always been creating an environment where athletes, adults, and families feel motivated, supported, and pushed to reach their goals every single day.
