We are officially part of the Palm City Chamber of Commerce! 🩰✨

Although our studio is located in Stuart, we are proud to welcome so many wonderful families from Palm City and throughout the Treasure Coast.

To celebrate this new community connection, we would love to invite your little one to experience Tutu School with a complimentary trial ballet class. From first steps at 6 months old through age 8, there is a place for every young dancer in our story.

We are also planning a special ribbon cutting celebration with the Palm City Chamber October 8, and we cannot wait to share the details soon!

Offering thoughtfully designed ballet classes starting as young as 6 months old, Tutu School introduces little ones to dance through movement, music, imagination, and storytelling in a nurturing and encouraging environment.

Beyond weekly ballet classes, Tutu School Stuart offers camps, birthday parties, special events, performance opportunities, family programming, community partnerships, and select adult ballet experiences.

We’re so excited to have Tutu School Stuart as part of the Palm City Chamber community and look forward to seeing all the wonderful things they bring to our community!

One of our sweet dancers picked this flower outside before class and brought it in especially for her teacher. Miss Ashley thought it was far too precious not to share with our team, and we agree. 🫶🏻

A brave performance does not always look the way we expect. 🩰

I was an anxious, hesitant dancer, and I still get nervous before performing. I have learned that nerves do not mean you are not capable or that you do not belong in the spotlight and you definitely don’t need to be perfect.

For a young dancer, success might mean performing every step. It might also mean walking into the room, standing beside their class, or trying one small movement.

Every child deserves opportunities to grow in a nurturing environment and to feel celebrated for their own brave moment.

The spotlight belongs to hesitant dancers too. 💜

Tonight I experienced something I never imagined when I opened Tutu School Stuart: dancing alongside my mom and my daughter. Three generations sharing one studio and one very special memory. 💜

Miss Victoria led our Once Upon a Plié dancers through an evening of movement, laughter, and permission to begin exactly where they are.

Having children does not mean setting aside every part of yourself that still wants to dance. Sometimes our children get to watch us rediscover something we love. Sometimes, as Eva did tonight, they may even step in and dance beside us. 🩰

As we plan our next adult ballet series, we are exploring thoughtful ways for children to be part of the experience, whether enjoying their own opportunity nearby or sharing some of the magic alongside us.

Now that the school year rhythm is settling in, this is your reminder to check your scholarship options.

Tutu School Stuart is a Step Up For Students EMA Marketplace Provider, and eligible families may be able to use scholarship funds for ballet classes.

Our classes are designed to help children build confidence, coordination, listening skills, imagination, and joy through storybook ballet.

For some children, ballet is not just an activity.

It is the place where they practice courage.

Do not wait until your child feels “ready.” Confidence is built by beginning.

Hesitation does not mean your child is not ready for ballet. 💜

For many young dancers, watching is part of learning. Even when a child appears not to be participating, they may be listening, observing, and taking in far more than we realize.

Children can surprise us. A dancer who watches throughout class may go home and joyfully repeat the very movements they chose not to try in the studio!

That is why our teachers welcome participation in many forms. Standing nearby, holding a caregiver’s hand, trying one movement, or simply watching can all be meaningful first steps.

Confidence should not be forced. It grows when a child feels safe, included, and celebrated exactly where they are.
