Hello Polk Sports nation!

Thank you for 7 great years together. It has been my honor to serve our community and be a part of launching our great league. We have had a lot of help, support and love along the way. From our start at Carter Road, then over to TBA church and now at Duff road. It has been a quite a journey and we am so thankful for the relationships we’ve built along the way. We look forward to continuing those relationships on and off the field!

But sometimes for an organization to take the next step it needs new leadership. Someone with passion, a vision, and the ability to make the vision come to life. After lots of prayer and discussions we believe we have found that person.

At the beginning of the Fall season we made a league ownership transfer to David Sheppard. Most of you have met him already. He has been a part of Polk Sports for about a year now and we are impressed with his passion, his integrity, and drive to do things right. David has shared with us some of his vision for the future of Polk Sports and I am excited to see it come to life. I have faith that the league, the fans, and our football family are in good hands. We are still around to support you and David as the league continues to grow. And I look forward to being back on the field and playing side by side with you soon!

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you all so much for helping to make Polk Sports what it is today. And as always, I look forward to seeing you on the field!

Sunday Afternoon Flag Football is Back!



4on4 and 5on5 Adult Flag Football League

Divisions of Play



5on5: This division consists of players/teams that have ELITE skills and knowledge of the game. This Division allows unlimited laterals, pass after lateral (as long as behind line of scrimmage) and QB can run when blitzed. $700 per season fee.



4on4: This division consists of players/teams with a wide range of experience and various age groups. This is a starting point for most players/teams to gain experience. No laterals in this division and QB Can not run. (Even when blitzed). $560 per season fee.

Every Season will have 10 Games followed by Single Elimination Playoffs.
