Sifu Jimmy Manfredy Began his training in Northern Long Fist(Chang Quan a.k.a Wushu) at the age of 5 under Sifu Wang Zhi Chen(R.I.P) but has currently turned his focus to and has been trained in all aspect of Wing Chun and Jeet Kune Do; from the open hand forms, Muk Yan Jong(Wooden Dummy) Chi Sau(Sticky Hands) and weapons, such as the “Long Pole and Butterfly Swords”(Lok Dim Boon Kwan & Bok Jom Dao). Sifu Manfredy has been certified by Sifu Chan in all the levels of Wing Chun under the "International Wing Chun Martial Arts Association" and has since received tutelage from SiFu Steve Lee Swift for speed and accuracy and combat proficiency. Sifu Manfredy is a direct 3rd generation disciple of the Ip Man lineage under SiFu Samuel Kwok who's teachings have shown the him the direct close range power, foundational energy and full use of the of the Wing Chun system.
