Huge thank you to Loyalty Mechanical for their incredible support of this year’s TLC Grappling event 🙏

I had the opportunity to meet with Jeff today, and it was one of those conversations that really sticks with you. We talked about everything from grappling to business, but what stood out most was seeing how much he genuinely cares about his people. Not just as employees but as friends, as a team, as individuals he’s invested in. That kind of leadership isn’t something you can fake, and it shows in everything they do.

You can tell Jeff has a real heart for the community too. Supporting events like ours isn’t just a checkbox for him it’s something he believes in.
