As we get older, we need to think of the gym more as a laboratory. We can use exercise as a tool to help us move and feel better but we have to be willing to CHANGE.

I am not saying that you need to work less hard or anything like that but what I am saying is that we need to start looking at NEEDS versus WANTS.
