Playing games tests your skills. Training improves them. ⚾💪

A lot of players only focus on games, but real development happens during training. Games expose weaknesses — training gives you the opportunity to fix them.

When you train consistently you:�✅ Build stronger mechanics�✅ Improve strength and mobility�✅ Develop better habits�✅ Increase confidence�✅ Learn how to make adjustments�✅ Reduce risk of injury

You can play 100 games, but if you never work on your weaknesses, you stay the same player. The athletes who separate themselves are the ones who spend time developing their skills when nobody is watching.
