After almost 6 year in Lanier County Next month will be my last month open at The Cage in Lakeland. I am relocating to a facility in Valdosta, with that being said I do have a few things for sell.

Turf- this is 32 foot & probably 15 wide-$300 must be moved. SOLD

Couch paid $1,200 it is electric and has phone chargers on both sides of the armrest. Both sides of the couch comes out for leg rest by button. Asking $300 (brown very soft) GREAT SHAPE -SOLD

-Mini fridge/microwave $45 for both SOLD

-batter mat- $75 SOLD

Probably or close too 100 pieces of gym flooring/padding-$100 for all-AVAILABLE

Today, I said goodbye forever to The Cage. 🥹💔

After nearly 6 years—4 ½ of those years in this building—tears definitely came to my eyes as I walked out those doors for the last time.

So many incredible athletes have walked through these doors. I’ve spent thousands of hours here. I coached my heart out here, taught some of the best athletes here, slept here, cried here, smiled here, and most importantly… built an empire here. ❤️

17 South Valdosta Road, you owe me nothing. You were so good to me. ✌🏽✌🏽

But… BUT GOD. 🙏🏼

God has bigger plans, and I truly believe the best is still ahead. The sky is the limit at our new facility, and I cannot wait to see what this next chapter has in store—not only for me, but for every athlete who trusts me to be a part of their journey. 🥎❤️

This isn’t goodbye to the dream…
It’s hello to the next level.
