Drunk Passenger At Donald Trump International Airport Causes Chaos at Bar Then Resists Deputies.

A trip through Palm Beach International Airport took a wild turn after deputies encountered a man they believed was heavily intoxicated.

According to the arrest report, deputies were initially dispatched after the man allegedly attempted to enter the TSA checkpoint while appearing intoxicated and smelling of alcohol. He was escorted away from the area, but deputies were later called to Rooney’s bar after reports of a customer causing a disturbance.

The report states that when bar staff attempted to get him to leave, the situation escalated. Deputies alleged that he refused commands, became argumentative, and resisted while being taken into custody.

He was arrested on charges of Disorderly Intoxication and Resisting an Officer Without Violence.

According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, the investigation began after the victim and her healthcare aide reported suspicious activity involving another nurse, Enite Jean Noel, who had allegedly stopped showing up for work. Around the same time, the victim learned that a $9,000 personal check made payable to Noel was being deposited into a bank account.

Investigators say that discovery was only the beginning. They eventually identified seven allegedly fraudulent checks totaling $50,900, all made payable to Noel. The victim reportedly told detectives she never wrote or authorized those checks, and investigators noted that the signatures appeared printed rather than written in the victim's normal cursive handwriting.

Detectives also investigated an $8,800 cash withdrawal made while Noel was allegedly with the victim at the bank. According to the report, the victim said she withdrew the money herself—but later discovered that only $120 remained in the envelope.

The investigation would ultimately include bank records, surveillance footage and a witness identification that investigators say connected Noel to the deposit of one of the $9,000 checks. Authorities eventually charged her with grand theft, seven counts of uttering a forged instrument, and fraudulent use of personal identification.

But when deputies finally caught up with her, the investigation was about to become an arrest—and that's where today's bodycam footage begins.
