Hey everyone, I got some really exciting news, I recently teamed up with the founder of . Justin is a veteran in the sport of powerlifting and is one of the most talented coaches I’ve came across.

I reached out to him with a vision I had and he helped me bring it to life. This is broken into 3 phases.
1- Free powerlifting program. This is an 8 week beginner program to help get everyone started. Honestly anyone at any level can do this one.
2- after the beginning program we will roll out an 8 week intermediate program. This will help you prepare for the Meet.
3- meet day! I’ll be hosting an in-house meet for members and local athletes. There will be cash prizes, vendors ect.

I got some exciting new for everyone! I teamed up with the founder and coach of Justin is a highly skilled and a veteran in the sport of powerlifting. Check his profile out to see some remarkable feats!

I reached out to Justin, with a vision I had for the gym and we came up with a pretty cool idea. This is a 3 stage concept.
- Free powerlifting program for anyone that’s a member of Zeus’s Training Hall. It’s an 8 week beginner powerlifting program
-the second phase will be an 8 week intermediate program geared towards getting you Meet Day ready!
-3rd phase is.. I will be Hosting an in house powerlifting meet, with cash prizes, vendors ect.

If you want to join in, please reach out!!! And I’ll give you the program so everyone will be starting the same timing, and I’ll also do group lifts to help with form/ answer lifting questions ect.

I just wanted to take a moment and thank everyone for coming out and supporting the grand opening of the new location!

There were so many new faces in the crowd and some that I haven’t seen in years! So many people in the community joined in to share the space to make it such a great day. And I’m very thankful for everyone. “my strength isn’t me— it’s the people around me.”

I’m naturally a pretty big introvert, so throwing myself out there and hosting events like this is pretty rough on me. But I’m getting better with every event!

If your looking for a gym that has a supportive and chill community, a community that will take the time to show you how to improve your lifts and stay disciplined, a gym that will leave you sweating after each workout. Then this is the place for you!

Grand opening bench and deadlift competition starts at 11:00am. As many reps as you can do in a minute. Winner gets to pick whatever prize they want.
