LZWC attended the IKWF & IESA State Wrestling Championships. We are excited to share, we left with some Hardware! It is an incredible accomplishment and we could not be more proud of these Wrestlers! Big Congratulations to the following LZWC State Placers and for making the LZWC Hall of Fame!

In addition, big congratulations to former LZWC Wrestler Cole Wojtalewicz for taking a 3rd place finish at IWCOA Frosh/Soph State!

LZWC attended Sectionals over the weekend in their Quest to State. They put it all on the line and gave their best efforts. LZWC qualified 20 Wrestlers to the State Tournament , 10 in IKWF and 10 in IESA. LZWC was also awarded a 1st Place Plaque for the Bantam Division and Intermediates were awarded a 3rd Place Plaque at Sectionals. Every achievement we earn is contributed to the efforts from our teammates, coaches, and families who support us. Our Wrestlers will be ready to climb that podium.

In addition we had 4 former LZWC Wrestlers qualify for the IWCOA Freshman/Sophomore State Tournament!

LZWC finished up their regular season and rolled right into Regionals with 45 Sectional Qualifiers (16 IESA & 29 IKWF). LZWC finished with a 1st place team finish in Bantam & Intermediate Divisions (2025 & 2026). Every achievement we earn is built on the efforts of our teammates, coaches, and families who support us. That’s what makes us a team. That’s what makes LZWC special!
