Hi ladies!! Over the last several weeks of social distancing I have become pretty good at creating workout goals for myself. Every day isn’t easy and one thing never changes- I miss workout friends. Anyone else? Bueler?? I miss the accountability. I miss the conversations. I just miss my people. Anyone else?? Bueler?? I hope this page helps you keep stay motivated or gets you motivated...
