A story of resilience and hope! ..

Out of respect for my client I have blurred her face as she did not want it shown.

Meet my client "EP" , a participant at one of the local senior centers i teach at. From the day i met "EP" she had this unrelenting beautiful energy about her. Although it is a chair aerobics class she always insists not to make it easy!, she tries her very best to always complete all the exercises with little to no modifications. Curious about where "EP" gets her strength from i asked her how she's so spry at 81 years, she then revealed to me that she had been battling stage 4 lung cancer for the last couple years of her life. She says the exercise makes her feel unstoppable and energetic. Having a relentless will to not only survive but to thrive! "EP" is a pure example of not being held down by circumstances. I honor her effort and applaud her!
