This is a 6-week structured program focused on consistency, accountability, strength, and momentum heading into summer.

☀️ STARTS JUNE 1ST
🕡 Monday / Wednesday / Friday — 6:30 AM
⏱ 45-minute sessions - 
💲 $199

⚠️ Registration closes May 30

• 2 strength training days
• 1 cardio + Bodyweight focused kickboxing day
• 42 days of accountability + daily check-ins
• Group chat support + community motivation
• Structured daily goals to keep you locked in

DAILY CHALLENGE GOALS:

✔️ 100 oz water
✔️ 100g protein
