My background in fitness and nutrition began back in college where I began programming Strength and Conditioning for multiple different athletes and sports. Once out of college, I continued Personal training in multiple gyms. I have worked with Professional Athletes, utilizing research based methods, to increase their cardio capacity, strength gains, speed, power, and nutritional understandings. I
have worked with amateur athletes, including MMA and Muay Thai Athletes, high school basketball, track and field, and cross country athletes, and also military and law enforcement personnel. I have also worked with teens and adults coming from a sedentary lifestyle. I have worked with these individuals starting with improving their movement patterns, gain strength and confidence, lose weight or gain muscle mass, and focus on nutrition to enable life long changes. I have a background in education (a secondary teacher for 16 years) and use this background in a way to instruct my clients in a clear and concise fashion THAT MAKES SENSE! Fitness does not have to be something that is "scary" or confusing. With the right coach it can and should be fun, relaxing, and a stress reliever.
