Lake Wales High School will be hosting free physicals from Advent Health and ECGs from Who We play For on June 11. This is for incoming 9th grade students and any other Lake Wales High School students. Lake Wales time slot is from 8am-10am, again this is for Lake Wales High School students only during this time slot.
Please scan the QR on the flyer to register. THIS IS A MUST!
Also please use the other QR code to get all 2026 sports physical forms. These need to be filled out prior to arriving.
