Our gym is built around the idea that martial arts should be both deeply technical and sustainable for the long term. We teach Muay Thai, Gi Jiu Jitsu, and No-Gi Jiu Jitsu as parts of a unified system—preserving the details and discipline of traditional martial arts while integrating modern techniques and training methods that keep athletes effective in today’s competitive and real-world environments.
Striking is rooted in classical Muay Thai, enhanced by Kyokushin and MMA influences to include side kicks, crescent kicks, and controlled spinning techniques. Grappling blends traditional Jiu Jitsu fundamentals with modern No-Gi systems and high-level wrestling principles, developing athletes who are comfortable standing, scrambling, and controlling positions on the ground. Across all programs, training is balanced to stay realistic yet controlled, allowing students to sharpen timing, composure, and decision-making without unnecessary damage.
Classes are structured with intention—building skills progressively through focused warm-ups, technical instruction, situational training, and controlled live work. Open mats are a cornerstone of the gym, offering multiple weekly sessions to refine skills in striking, grappling, or MMA, train functional strength, or simply be part of the environment. Just as important, we cultivate a strong sense of community—sharing meals made from farm-sourced ingredients, traditional family dishes, and local food—creating a space that feels less like a gym and more like a supportive, driven family.
Whether your goal is competition, self-defense, fitness, or lifelong practice, our gym is designed to develop well-rounded martial artists and support a true martial arts lifestyle built on consistency, respect, and growth
