ion to the exciting pole dance classes provided at P3Studios, Team Fitness is also a comprehensive Wellness & Fitness Center. On your way out from class, grab yourself a healthy protein smoothie, get an adjustment, or even stop into our full service salon; use of the facility is included in your pole registration on day you attend class. So attend a group exercise class, get a workout in, sit in the sauna, or even sign up for a complimentary personal training session. Not to mention Team Fitness provides low-cost childcare!
