Lock Down Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Professor Joe is a 2X IBJJF World Champion and 3X Worlds Medalist with numerous other IBBJJF and NAGA championships. He is also a Soca BJJ Black Belt.

He lives and teaches the entire BJJ Lifestyle to his students. He believes in training hard, eating clean and living every moment striving to achieve your dreams whatever they may be. He teaches MMA, Wrestling, Mauy Thai, self defense and other street practical martial arts. But Brazilian Jui Jitsu is his true speciality and passion. He incorporates strength and conditioning and functional fitness training into all his workouts.

At times life throws things at us and we spend too much time stressing over things that in reality won’t matter in the end.

At 66 I realize that will never stop and that there is away to solve any problem.

Life is short, tomorrow isn’t promised, and “someday” isn’t guaranteed.

So Live hard. Love hard. Laugh louder and keep chasing those dreams, at 66 I’m still fighting and still fulfilling them.

The next stage of my progression, from the mats to behind the scenes!! I have joined forces with Kickboxing and event promoting legend Bobby Campbell to help create GCL. Our first event is on October 25th Pickleball Heaven this is a huge venue with a full bar and grill… and you can still play pickleball!! We are taking on all belt levels both Gi and No Gi it will be a F2W rule set of submission only with fights that go the duration being judged by 3 judges scoring based on legitimate submission attempts and aggression.
