A huge shoutout to our U10 & U12 Girls teams‼️

Our U10 & U12 girls teams had a successful Winter and Spring session. Throughout both sessions, we saw growth both on the field, technically and tactically, but also, growth as individuals. Our numbers rose throughout the sessions as we had players that transferred in to our club from neighboring clubs!🙌🏻 Every new player, fit in seamlessly with our energetic, free spirited, witty, and gritty group of players!🤝🏻 We are so proud of the improvement in skill development and overall game knowledge from each of our players.

However, the lasting memories and friendships made are equally as important. We are so proud of the girls for the energy and grit they brought to practices and games. Way to go, ladies! 💙🤍

What a way to end the Spring season for our U18 girls team ‼️

The U18 girls went 3-0 and won Nordic Cup this past weekend. 🙌🏻 The team beat strong competition such as NEFC Maine, Far Post, and Nordic Premier. Nordic Premier was ranked #1 in the state of Vermont🤯

A dominant performance in the tournament, with overall complete games filled with technique, composure and grit. Way to go, City!💙🤍

What a way to end the Spring season ‼️

Our U10 Boys team concluded their Spring season with yet ANOTHER tournament win this past weekend at the Niskayuna classic. The boys went 4-0 on the day, ending the day as champions🙌🏻

The 2026 High Peaks cup is in the books‼️

With over 80 teams traveling from all over the state of New York as well as several other surrounding states, we could not be more grateful to all the teams that came to play! 🚗⬅️ This was a weekend to remember, between the sunny skies, stunning views, amazing food truck options and high level competition, we couldn’t be happier! 👏🏻

There is so much more to say, and to post, so, stay tuned for the next round of photos. We already cannot wait for Year 3 of the High Peaks Cup!🙌🏻🤍⚽️

We’re excited to begin building our teams for the 2026–2027 season! Tryouts are for all boys and girls teams competing November 2026 through June 2027.

👧 Girls: 5:00–6:30 PM
👦 Boys: 6:30–8:00 PM
📍 Afrim’s ADK Dome Grass Fields

✅ Current Empire City players MUST try out as well

This past weekend at the May Day Classic, our U16 Boys team took home a tournament win. The boys went 3-0-1 on the day with wins over Ballston Spa, Rush Albany as well as WNY Flash 👏🏻 The team outscored their opponents 11-2, with strong performances in each of their games. Way to go, City! 💙🤍
