The 2023 Find Your Summit Tour is off and running, with four premiere Summit Lacrosse Ventures events taking place last week and spanning New York's Capital Region to the glorious Adirondack Mountains.

The ninth annual Northstar Capital City Classic, the tenth Saratoga Shootout, the twelfth edition of the Northstar Showcase and the seventh Lake Placid Youth Summit Classic saw several thousand players competing over the course of an action-packed five days that comprised the first half of this year's Find Your Summit Tour.

Headlined by lead sponsor Gait Lacrosse, the second annual Tour offers a glimpse into some of the most thrilling and rewarding lacrosse experiences had by young players and their families in destination locations all over the map as part of Summit's expanding slate of summer events. Attracting brands in and outside of the sport of lacrosse and connecting them to players from across the country and beyond, this year's tour includes Hey Dude, Impact Canopy, Smith Optics, STX Lacrosse, YETI and Motive Pure.

Thank you so much to all athletes, coaches, families, officials, staff, and Northstar Lacrosse Sponsors for making the 2022 Army ROTC Northstar Midwest Select 32 successful!

We are grateful to Loyola Academy for hosting the NMWS on its beautiful - albeit windy (!) - athletic campus, and continuing our shared 18-year tradition as host to the premier midwestern fall recruiting tournament. All games were played across four high school divisions, with teams competing from throughout the Midwest (IL, IN, MI, MN, MO, OH, and WI) in front of 74 attending college coaches, representing Divisions I, II, and III.

Congratulations to all teams on a solid weekend of fall lacrosse, and an impressive display of midwestern toughness in the elements. To those who will continue to compete in the coming weeks: good luck, have fun, and we hope you feel that much more prepared!

We'll be back, November 4-5, 2023 for NMWS #19 with a very similar format, but one year stronger.
