Whatever fitness routine you're doing it can be improved by measuring your results. One easy thing you can do to start tracking your results is to use the Notes app on your phone to record the weights you are lifting and times/distances for cardio workouts. If they are getting better over time something is working - if they aren't getting better, come see us. The goal of CrossFit is to make people better. Said another way, we are not only trying to make you fit, we make you fitter faster and more safely than any other program out there. We know this because we measure everything and our results are universal, predictable, and repeatable.

When hard work, consistency, and community come together to push you past your physical limit it is a feeling unlike anything else. This result is what gets people "hooked" on CrossFit. Itโ€™s not magic; itโ€™s just what happens when you put in the work โ€” results follow. And once you experience it, you want more of it. Make sure to rest up before doing the hero workout Murph tomorrow! If you haven't done Murph before it is a:

1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 mile run
All with a 20 # weighted vest.

There are a lot of ways to modify this workout for individual skill levels such as lowering the reps or shortening the 2 miles of running.
