Sigal came to me with the wish to lean out and look more fit. She has never been overweight or "out of shape". She has a pretty active lifestyle and played different competitive sports in the past. I explained that in her case, all she had to do is prioritize healthier habits. We've increased her resistance training (4-5x week) and changed her diet from restaurant food+daily alcohol to home cooked meals and occasional alcohol. She was consistent in her trainings and kept her diet to 80% clean and voila! Body completely transformed.😍
