Sigal came to me with the wish to lean out and look more fit. She has never been overweight or "out of shape". She has a pretty active lifestyle and played different competitive sports in the past. I explained that in her case, all she had to do is prioritize healthier habits. We've increased her resistance training (4-5x week) and changed her diet from restaurant food+daily alcohol to home cooked meals and occasional alcohol. She was consistent in her trainings and kept her diet to 80% clean and voila! Body completely transformed.😍
Do not expect different results if your habits are the same. Let me help you achieve your fitness goals without sacrificing all the fun. Changes should not be about restrictions, but rather upgrades. 🤗

This girl right here is the true definition of a hard worker. She juggles a full time business career and is completing her masters degree. She never complains, always follows instructions to the T and if asked to jump, she asks how high. I'm feeling blessed to have met her and have the opportunity to work with.❤ She never quits to amaze me with her new progress reports. I'm so very proud and cannot wait to see how she will transform in the future. This is just the begging.🤗💪💪

💥3 MONTHS TRANSFORMATION!💥
We started working together at the end of September 2019 with the goals to decrease bodyfat and build some lean muscle mass. Julien has a very busy schedule and can workout ONLY 3 times per week with NO DIET! 😥 but it's ok! I made him a crazy ass training program and he persevered! He dropped from 22% to 15% body fat in just 3 months!💦 Good job J!👏 I'm very proud of you and this is just the beginning for you. 💪

✅Reverse hack squat: targets primarily hamstrings and secondarily quads, glutes, calves and abs.
✅Choose a weight with which you can safely perform 12-15 reps for 4 sets. This version of the machine weighs about 100lbs but other versions much less. Be careful adding too much too soon as this exercise requires good core strength.
✅I did half reps for this exercise to keep the constant tension on the muscles throughout the movement. This type of reps are my favorite for building strength as quickly as possible (beware, they burn like hell🔥).
✅Tips: place your shoulders as far as possible on the shoulder pads and keep your neck in a neutral position - resting your forhead on the head support.
✅If you are lucky to have this machine in your gym, give it a try and let me know how you like it. 🤗

to my last bikini comp. People ask me all the time when's the next one? TBH I dont know. Maybe next year... 🤔 It is a passion and I do it for an extra challenge. It is by no means to stay 'fit' for me. If you have to set yourself a comp to stay motivated in your workouts, there is a problem. Figure out why and try a different approach. I can assure you that your happiness does not depending on your body's fat percent or how many trophies you've got.
