Driving from the gym this morning, this kid falls asleep. 💤 I’m thinking man I wish I was a kid again. Dude took a strong 💪🏾 Power Nap. 😴

When I dropped him off, I had to ask if he was coming to school today. Lucky he said yessir. These kids are so different these days.

In summary, when these kids wake up hold them accountable by asking a simple question. They will eventually respond. Now walk in Faith 😝

Everyone,

Sometimes God will give you a taste of success so that you can see that you are not ready for continuous success.

The problem is that you won’t recognize and take ownership of things you did to cause destruction.

Look in the mirror and say, “God forgive me, and thank you for showing me my wrongs to make right. Continue to bless me so that I may be a blessing to others.” Amen 🙏🏾

Reminder to coaches. You must be willing to devote your unpaid time. That’s if you want to win.

Just do it and receive the results of your time invested.

Parents it’s a new 9 weeks, please encourage your kids to make good grades for at least the first 5-6 weeks.

It’s hard for a good grade (100 to 75 passing) to drop later. It’s even harder for a bad grade (0 to 67 failing and embarrassing to anyone) to come up later. It’s all about the choices they make.

You may say the grades are going to average out but the uncontrollable variables to the equation are the consistency and ability of the student.

Coaches remind yourself daily it’s not going to work out the way you are trying to convince the player it will. God still has a plan for the kid. There is absolutely nothing a coach can do to stop God's plan. The kid can only do that by giving up on himself.

Here’s a message for the little kids. You have to become a student of the game. For example, if you don’t know coverages, it doesn’t matter how athletic you are you will still get beat. You should be able to draw on a board all the different coverages.
