No one is "Unbreakable". Though I hate to show people I am hurt, it's important to recognize injuries and to take care of them right away. I want to run and swim and bike and play for a long time, like many of my clients do. I listen to my own advice as well as give it. Getting these ankle seen to this week. In the meantime, it's killer upper body workouts! 🤣

I slept through my alarms today. Had a late night yesterday and was almost unmotivated to work out. I counted to 5, got out of bed anyway and went to work. Sometimes you may feel you don't have what it takes, do it anyway. 💪
