Academy of Ballet & Dance Arts/Age-Less Body Pilates Studio ABDA is committed to providing a safe, supportive environment that encourages the building of skills, self-discipline, and artistic growth and expression.

Fostering the love of dance and the development of a healthy mind, body and spirit, ABDA provides professional instruction in classical ballet and Pilates to all with a desire to learn. The Academy of Ballet & Dance Arts (ABDA) and Age-Less Body Pilates Studio in Lake Oswego offers ballet classes and Pilates instruction to students of all ages and abilities. Located in downtown Lake Oswego, Oregon

, ABDA draws students, age two to adult, from throughout the Lake Oswego, West Linn, and Portland metro areas. ABDA is recognized for its intimacy and attention to each student’s unique needs. Beginning ballet classes, ballet for toddlers, adult ballet classes, and progressive curriculum-based classical ballet classes are all a part of ABDA’s ballet program lineup. Pilates mat and Reformer classes are taught by certified STOTT Pilates instructors, and are available one-on-one as well as in small group sessions.
