Today, I began saying goodbye to Oregon.

My heart is full of gratitude for the amazing people I’ve met here. Thank you for the beautiful flowers, thoughtful cards, and heartfelt words. Your kindness means more than you know.

Most of all, thank you for trusting me to be part of your Pilates journey. It has truly been an honor.

As I begin a new chapter, I’ll carry a little piece of Oregon with me. Wishing you all health, joyful movement, and happiness. 🤍

Last year, this photo was supposed to be a goodbye.
I hugged my clients, celebrated our time together, and started a new chapter in Oregon.
I never imagined that one year later I would be sharing this news…
I’m coming back to Houston. ❤️
I’m so grateful for all the love and support I received before, during, and after this transition.
I can’t wait to reconnect, move together, and continue our Pilates journey.
