A great therapist is a whole, integrated human––not just someone who is educated and trained, but someone who can put all that training in the backseat when needed and just show up with integrity, grace, and love, all with the intention of fostering connection. If a therapist can lead with those qualities and then follow with clinical training, they can be great. Tools and science are important, but ultimately, we are all just looking for connection.

Some of the best counselors and therapists I’ve ever seen are the ones who’ve personally pursued their own wellness enough to know that this work is almost a spiritual calling. Practice should be a blend of art, science, and spirituality.

Now forming YoCo groups (YogaConnect)! YoCo groups are sacred...its hard to find words to describe. Each session of 8 week series offers a bit of gentle yoga, a therapeutic exercise for personal growth, and an opportunity to share with others.
