You can now catch your girl’s aquatic classes at the Corewell Health Pennock Health and Wellness Center! Aqua Zumba and Aqua Circuit start Monday 7/8. Check out the attached schedule, my classes are highlighted in yellow! Classes are only $5 for non-members, or free for members! Silver Sneakers also accepted! Bring a towel and meet me at the pool! 🌊💃🏼

We are taking it back in time this May for Step Aerobics! *You must RSVP by sending me a message to reserve your step platform.* If you already have a step platform at home, feel free to bring it, but please still let me know if you are coming so I can plan for spacing.

Truth be told, I was (jokingly and unrealistically) mad at my husband for not getting a more flattering angle and putting my “mom-middle” on full display. But here is the deal - I am NOT your typical fitness instructor. I have curves and soft spots, and I only teach my classes to force myself to work out. I just so happen to have a great group of gals who trust me enough to join in.
