Our Next event is on the 18th of April on the Chowan River. There is still time to get registered for this season and qualify for our 2027 National Tournament. Looking forward to our next one and get signed up and join us this year.

We had a Great Event Sat the 21st with our neighbors north of us, AFFL-Virginia on Lake Gaston. We had 11 teams from both Brigades fish in this event, and we are already looking to do another event with Virginia next season. All but two teams came in with a five-fish limit.
1st Place went to James Shelburn and Westly Bennett with 14.90
2nd Place went to Curtis Shaw with 12.64
3rd Place went to Wesley Gray and Jason Burnett with 11.52
Big Bass went to Justin Basil with a 4.90 Spotted Bass
It truly was a great day for everyone.

Our first one will be this Saturday, March 21, beginning at Safe Light (around 7am). We will launch from Summitt Launch, and I will be on-site at 0530 to start signing teams in. Virginia will be joining us for this event, so it will be a great one. I am looking forward to seeing those who are returning and all the new teams joining. If you are having trouble signing up, let me know, and we will get it worked out.

We had our last event of the year last Saturday on High Rock Lake. Was a great event and mother Nature held off the rain until we got set up for weigh in. First place went to Ryan Aaron and Spencer Moffit with 11.98lbs, Second place went to Austin Casey and Kirby Moffit with 10.19lbs. Big Bass went to Tim Cantwell and Jason Burnette 4.87lbs. We also awarded our team of the year. For 2025 it is Tim Cantwell and Jason Burnette. Congratulations to everyone for a successful year for NC. Looking forward to getting 2026 started. Look for an announcement later in the year. I plan to hold a couple of open even events in the fall.

!!! Reminder!!! Our last event for the year is tomorrow. We are launching out of Dutch Second Boat Ramp. Launch will be around 0530 and I will be at the launch at 0430. Again looking forward to seeing everyone there.

This past Saturday we had a great event on Falls Lake. This was our 6th event of the year, and it was a very hot/humid day. 5 teams participated and all but one team came in with a limit.
1st Place went to Tim Cantwell and Jason Burnette, 2nd place went to Carter Cantwell and Jason Tupper, 3rd was Spencer Moffit and Ryan Aaron. Lots of fish caught and with the finish for Falls Lake the Team of the year points are very tight going into the final event this Sat the 28th of June on High Rock Lake.
